At Bluvall, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, with less than 10 kilometers on the odometer.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, with all accessories (charger, keys, tools, etc.).
- You must include the original proof of purchase.
Note: Returns are not accepted from the UK and EU due to shipping and compliance limitations. If you're located in these regions and experience product issues, please contact us at contact@bluvall.com — we’ll do our best to assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged by customer misuse
- Special orders and giveaway items
- Accessories sold separately (e.g. fenders, bags, helmets, phone holders, locks, etc.)
- Items purchased from unauthorized resellers
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@bluvall.com to initiate your return.
- you’ll receive a return shipping label and instructions within 3–5 business days.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received:
- Our warehouse will inspect the item within 5 business days.
- If the product matches your return description, a full refund will be processed within 1–2 business days.
- If damage or discrepancies are found, a partial refund may be issued. The deduction amount depends on the condition and missing components.
Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Please email us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Attach photos and a description of the issue.
- We will resolve the matter with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
